Welcome Fellow HBS Alumni and Club Members!

The greater San Antonio area is home to more than 220 HBS alumni, as well as a dedicated group of club members and officers.  If you're new to the area or have just discovered us, I hope that you'll take a few moments to review the information we have on the website such as our past and planned meetings to get a sense of who we are, and then join us at an upcoming event to experience our hospitality for yourself.

As we enter our 38th year, the HBS Club of San Antonio has developed and maintained some truly unique attributes, including a wonderfully frequent and diverse program of speakers present at our twice-monthly breakfast meetings, close collaboration with the local Harvard club and other Ivys in the area, and a very relaxed, open, and friendly culture.  Building on our past successes, for 2011 the Board has identified a number of specific initiatives:

• In addition to our twice-monthly breakfast meetings, we are adding a new Executive Luncheon Series.  Our goal is to offer a Luncheon event quarterly so that those alumi whose schedules can't support taking time out in the morning will now have the opportunity to enjoy a friendly and informative time with fellow alums over a tasty meal.

• To support the Luncheon Series, we've also added a new membership level, the Event Sampler, that includes up to four breakfast or lunch meetings in the membership fee.  Of course, your best deal remains the Breakfast Forum membership, whic provides a discount of more than 55% off per-event prices.

• Lastly, our goal is to offer at least four Special Events during the year, including a summer outing and a holiday gathering.
